When creating any of our natural skin care products, we look at the historical/ancient uses of essential oils, the aromatic influence of the essential oil, the safety data, and the body systems a particular essential oil may affect. We even look at the “language” of the plant from which the essential oil was extracted.

Yes, essential oils, including those droplets of life from commonly known herbs, have a language all their own! One of the resources we commonly turn to, when researching any essential oil to use in our natural skin care products, is a charming book published in the 1960’s aptly named, The Language of Flowers.
